Balanced Moderism

Of primary concern for this project was to organise a position for the central picture window, this was the jumping off point for the design process. This window position created a line of symmetry for the kitchen and lighting plan.

The cantilever island is orientated for lines of sight into the adjacent dining - living spaces including down into the garden and beyond.
